Our first-ever mini challenge in November set the tone for what was to come. Focused on introductions, the challenge encouraged users to manually introduce connections to the recruitment team—an essential step in building strong candidate pipelines. The prize? December Challenge: The Magical Christmas Lottery

To spread holiday cheer, we launched our Christmas Challenge in December, offering participants the chance to win 2x tickets to the Efteling. This lottery-based challenge required just one job share per person to enter, making it easy and accessible for everyone. The Efteling tickets brought the magic of the festive season alive, with winners getting to enjoy the Netherlands’ most beloved theme park. January Challenge: New Year’s Leaderboard Showdown

The start of the new year brought a new level of competition with our New Year’s Challenge, running from January 9 to February 9.
